Deposit & Final Payment
A booking deposit is required to confirm the booking to the sum of £100. This should be made payable to Mr J Scott and sent by cheque to:

Final payment of the balance is due 4 weeks prior to the booking

Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made up to 12 weeks before the booking date with the following conditions:
The deposit can be used for a future booking or the booking date can be re-opened and if the dates booked are re-booked the deposit will be returned less a 10% charge. If the dates are not re-booked the deposit is deemed as non returnable.

Cancellations within 12 weeks will mean that the deposit and or the final balance are non returnable.

Cleaning:

A cleaning schedule is sent and is available in the flat.

Breakages:

Please report any breakages. We request that items are paid for at the replacement cost.
